..what u think more important job satisfaction or salary.. as some companies gives high salary but the work you do for them, not at all interst you, you just do it for the salary sake..and the work you are intersted to do,not give you a gud salary..which way you will go..

according to me both r important . Money is IMPORTANT to me .. but not at the cost of job satisfaction .. I can compromise on job satisfaction to a little extent for a good salary but not TOO much..!
May be for initial years to job, when one needs money , i will do it.. but in the end what matters in job satisfaction..!

A good question but with mutable answers which depend solely on person’s frame of mind. Answer to this question depends on discrepant factors which include 1 . financial condition 2 . time of job ie if u r a fresher or already an executive . I think a fresher with some financial security should not go for money but should go for wealth of wisdom in a subject or field of his liking, this way he can develop and enhance his skills by working in a executive environment.
The same question and same answers.. its like a cliche now ! But now that someone has taken ‘efforts’ to raise this question let me say what I feel. To me Its all ‘bout the money, ‘F’ the job satisfaction. Money se satisfaction bhi ho jaaegi. ;) cheers.
I guess satisfaction should come first. It’s a good idea to talk to people who are already working. You’ll perhaps get better answers from them. While it’s a personal decision and individual decisions will differ, I still feel that money can be put at bay for sometime. I feel that it is difficult to sustain great performance on a job that you don’t like.
